Job Description
Job Summary:
Providing financial and administrative services in an effective and efficient manner
Provide financial and administrative support
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all transactions adhere to ERCA financial guidelines and control systems.
Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and handled.
Arrange appointment and maintain supervisor’s calendar.
Arrange meetings and take minutes and/or notes of the proceedings.
Draft routine correspondence, memoranda and reports.
Facilitate implementation of Personnel administrative formalities and processing of documents.
Support staff members with processing personnel-related documentation.
Job Requirement
Minimum BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Management and other related field.
A minimum of 2 years of similar experience in the field
Excellent communication skills in written and oral English and computer literate
