Health Development and Anti Malaria Association (HDAMA), an Ethiopian Residents Charity, not for profit and nongovernmental organization committed to prevent and control the spread of malaria, HIV/AIDs, climate related and communicable diseases, and reproductive health problems, mitigate their impact and there by contribute to improve the health of the most vulnerable segment of the society by creating awareness, enhancing environmental protection, comprehensive knowledge, and mobilizing the community through partnership and networking with stakeholders.
Basic function of the position:
Assist in leading program/project planning, implementation management, monitoring and evaluation at HQ level
Ensure effective and efficient implementation projects
Perform other related duties assigned by the Deputy Executive Director

Required Skills and Experience
Education: Graduate Degree in Health, Social or Behavioral Sciences
Experience:
At least 8 years of experience with three of those in a team management role
