Follows up, organizes and handles personnel records such as annual leaves performance results, promotion, attendance and others
Collects and compiles statistical data on personnel matters like total number of employees in sex, age, salary group, work unit etc…
Follows up, approves and records attendance of employees, prepares attendance reports for payment
Drafts letters on personnel issues and submits for signature in accordance with decision.
Follows up and notifies in due time the concerned officials about ending contracts and probation periods.
Receives employment requisitions from different work units and gets them approved following formal procedures prescribed in the recruitment policy of the company; prepare vacancy announcement as required.
Prepares identity cards for employees and submits for approval to the concerned officials.
Performs preliminary screening and registration of applicants and works as a member when assigned.
Check payroll for approval
Prepare vacancy advertisements; screen applications, verify qualification and testimonials of applicants; Verifies and initials in all payment documents and transfers them to the immediate supervisor.
Collects and organize data with regard to human resource management function, assists the immediate supervisor in undertaking studies with related matters.
Keeps confidential personal files safely.
Facilitates and participates in strategic planning sessions.
Prepares reports and correspondence as needed
Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
Distribute employees’ performance evaluation forms, ensures that all are filled out properly and complies the result.
Encodes personal data into computer.
Complete employment formalities such as employment form, agreement form, insurance form, pension registration form, medical examination and guarantor as applicable.
Makes sure that the life history, education certificates and work experience certificates are properly kept in personal portfolio of each employee.
Ensures that the notices and letters regularly issued by the company reach the employees.
Prepares lists of annual leaves of each employee and presents when instructed; makes sure whether the annual leaves are used and reports to immediate supervisor
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirement
A minimum of BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or a related fields of disciplines
Minimum of 4 years of Direct Work Experience in Human Resource and Administration as an HR Officer preferably in manufacturing company.
