The Employee Experience Lead/IT Manager role will report within the DBS functional structure and will act as a DBS single point of contact for Ethiopia.
The Employee Experience Lead/IT Manager will drive costs and service offerings for Meta Abo Brewery in the context of driving Net Sales Value (NSV) growth, lowering operating costs, driving productivity/efficiency gains and ensure ongoing security, stability and improvement of DBS services.
In addition, the person will be responsible for ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards, leveraging CSD (Central Service Delivery), driving service improvement and capturing business needs. He / She will proactively act as a service champion and conduit for new technology deployment, on-going service, support, stability and compliance. This position requires a strong matrix relationship with the business with solid line accountability to Diageo Business Services (DBS). Leadership responsibilities

Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
At least 5 years of progressive responsibilities in IS or an IS focused business area
Training or knowledge of supported business domain areas.
Experience interpreting business requirements, recognizing impact on business processes, and making recommendations
Demonstrated capability in managing and delivering services (BPO and infrastructure).
Demonstrated capability to build and maintain good business relationships.
