TRANSLATION SERVICES - ENAT PROJECT
1. OBJECTIVE
The objective of the assignment is to provide translation services to the CIFF/ELMA/ENAT Project for its training and SBCC materials.
2. TRANSLATOR’S SCOPE OF WORK
The translator/s will be responsible for translating the ENAT communication materials required for the project into different local languages (Amharic, Afan Oromo, Sidamigna and Tigrigna) from the original version prepared in English language.
Specifically, the Translator/s will carry out the following activities:
a) Translate ENAT communication materials from English to local languages they are assigned to in a culturally appropriate manner to effectively communicate the intended message
b) Discuss with the Technical Team to understand the materials they are given and the nature of the project at large
3. DELIVERABLES
The final translated materials need to be given to Jhpiego office:
a) The translated document should be submitted in softcopy and editable format for review.
b) The final and well-compiled translated documents should be delivered in soft copy and editable format such as Word/InDesign.
c) Consultant invoice form should be submitted within two weeks of the completion of work.
