1. Responsible for the formation and management of the local Business Development team;
2. Responsible for the development and the maintaining of the group hotel brand to ensure the achievement of the expansion goal;
3. Responsible for excavating new projects in the region and negotiating customer/client needs, and finally facilitating signing;
4. Responsible for expanding the company's information channels and expanding the market share of the Group& international hotels;
Job Requirement
1. Full-time graduated from high standard university, preferred with experience in studying abroad;
2. Familiar with the local market, more than 7 years of market sales or expansion experience.
3. Tremendous experience with large and medium-sized enterprises, including in a hospitality industry, tourism services, brand management companies, multinational management experience ;
4. Have good communication skills and customer handling capabilities.
