Essential Functions
You will work under the supervision of the Country Representative, in close collaboration with the programs and support teams. You will lead a department of 10 people including 3 direct reports in the main office in Addis Ababa, plus 6 people in the regional offices across the country. You will be part of the Leadership Team and contribute to bring the organization closer to its vision.
