We are looking for a dynamic and competent manager to lead and oversee the implementation of activities under a 5 years USAID-funded activity aimed at providing comprehensive HIV services for key and priority populations. S/he will execute the PSI/Ethiopia strategy in the north-east corridor, overseeing accounting, finance, HR, admin, logistics, monitoring, evaluation and learning, along with the project implementation. S/he is a result driven individual with strong people management skills, a problem solver and an excellent program manager. The ideal candidate has experience working with the regional government, partnering with the relevant GoE offices to build evidence and, when needed, influence policy and funding; s/he is also a connector, knowledgeable of the system and its main actors, and able to create opportunities for PSI/Ethiopia and its strategic partners.
