The Team Leader - Reservations is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of Communications Center within the Rooms Division, covering the operators and order takers of the hotel.
Job Requirement
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
