Plan, propose, implement and manage social, environmental and cultural initiatives, aligned to the company's sustainability strategy and community investment, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate actively in the implementation of social methodologies and manage the implementation of such initiatives with partner organizations.
Keep up to date with public policies, national and state legislation about labor in agriculture, child labor and environment, in order to contribute to the training and development of leaf technicians.
Report about social programs milestones, prepare documents on further social and environmental actions, based on surveys, reports or audit.
Represent NTE in external stakeholders related to Corporate Social Responsibility and ensure NTE's position with regards social programs.
Provide support and guidance for the field team, with regards to social programs mapping and implementation.
Provide guidance and support the implementation of local and global corporate initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirement
Education:-
University degree, preferably in development studies, agriculture or project management
Experience
5 years experience in working with communities activities, project development and partnership involving different sectors of society and skill in dealing with internal and external audiences.
Language and Other Skills
National Language and English. Computer skills a must
