In line with British Council’s Equal opportunities and Diversity, Child Protection and other relevant corporate policies, the post holder will be accountable to the Project Manager and will be responsible for providing the required support for the successful delivery of SEWF.
Specific duties will include:
§ Provide administrative, financial and logistical support to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
§ Work with respective team, to ensure that all project related procurement, contracting and payments are completed according to British Council procedures and client requirements.
§ Coordinate and act as liaison for fringe event organisers, exhibition, young talent programme, etc.
§ Assist in ensuring that the project is marketed to the highest standards internally and externally.
§ Help ensure that results are measured and reported according to corporate standards and client requirements
§ Assist in the identification, assessment, reporting and management of risks.
§ University degree in Management, Administration or related discipline.
A minimum of four years’ experience in a similar roleEvidence of excellent verbal and written communications skills in Amharic and English
