Purpose
The Assistant Liaison Officer will give a remote support from Jigjiga and expected to be available himself to help Dollo Program office in any time as requested. She/he coordinates between ZOA and other beneficiaries in his/her assigned area. In this role, the job holder will act as the middle person between ZOA and the other stakeholders to streamline operations, resolve issues, improve communications, and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible.
