Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay. Determinate's a guest's reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay. Helps guests complete registration cards and then assigns rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Verifies the guest's method of payment and follows established payment procedures. Places guest and room information in the appropriate front desk racks and communicates this information to the appropriate hotel personnel.
PREREQUISITIES: Must speak, read. Write, and understand English. Additional language will be advantageous. Customer service skill and teamwork are strongly desired.
Education:
Diploma or BA Degree in Hotel Management or related fields. Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
EXPERIENCE:
2 years of experience for Diploma and zero experience for BA Degree. Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge and Computer literacy is mandatory. Previous experiences using property management systems are advantageous
