Task and Duites
Day to day running of the office in Addis Ababa
Leading a team of min 5 drivers and guides + office staff ( min 2)
Liaising with clients and addressing any concerns
Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints
Follow up the accounts and deal with the banks and pay the providers/suppliers
Make sure the vehicles are always in good conditions and follow up the maintenance
Be the link between the Nairobi office and Addis office
Be able to do the day to day office administration
Job Requirement
Qualifications & Skills
Min 5 years’ experience in the Ethiopian tourism industry
Strong management and leadership skills
Problem solving skills and a pro-active attitude
Sound communications skills
Experience in day to day office finance management
Sound administrative skills
Comfortable with ICT
Basic skills of mechanics
Excellent English speaking and writing skills (French can be a +)
