Will be in charge of expert support and direct involvement in employee performance management, and training and development activities of HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Reviews and develops performance management system in the Company
Coordinates timely planning, proper implementation and review of employee performance
Ensures employees performance evaluation is periodically conducted and documents the result
Prepares training and development plans for employees and management members
Communicates with various training centers and maintains training databases
Identifies training and development approach (on or off the job training) and Organizes experience sharing programs
Ensures the existence of proper facilities/resources for training and development programs
Maintains training and development records
Job Requirement
Professional Qualification
BA Degree in Management, Human resource management and other related fields; Minimum of 6 years experience in HR, mainly in performance management, and training and development.
