Catch is a new entrant into the ride hailing application market in Ethiopia that aims to provide superior services to riders and higher earnings for drivers through new innovations. The company has Ethiopian owners, and is seeking to access local talent and ideas in order to improve the business. Catch believes that the best ideas to improve the transportation market in Ethiopia will come from Ethiopians, and is currently seeking to hire a core team in Addis Ababa to operate and expand its business. Eventually, Catch will seek to grow its business into the entire East African region and offer new products such as discounted shuttle services, mobile bus ticket purchasing, and delivery of consumer goods.
Job Overview
A customer service agent will be responsible for developing a positive relationship with clients of Catch and also providing all the information requested by the clients. The customer service agent is also expected to have or acquire sufficient knowledge about the application and the system so that he/she will be able to provide full assistance to clients when requested. A customer service agent needs to be vibrant, communicative, persuasive and highly motivated to grow with Catch
