Objective: The purpose of Finance Management - is responsible to coordinate, administer, control, monitor, and periodically summarize the extent of financial operations and performance of the Company. She/he provides effective and efficient support and advice to the Company managements and other team members as required.
Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities of Finance Manager are the following, but not limited
Reporting
· Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts with hard deadline both for the group and statutory (Month end closing and reporting knowledge and experience).
· Further develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). IFRS (especially IAS41) knowledge and experience
· Follow up and updating general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
· Be part of the team that prepares all supporting information for the annual audit with external auditor.
Tax and Compliance
· Ensure tax reporting, payment and follow-up is done according to Government Regulation.
· Preparation and follow up of VAT returns.
· Ensure Compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
· Check and calculate income tax, pension contribution, withholding tax, CIT and VAT collected and declared and or paid to tax authority on time.
Internal control
· Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal control are maintained and implemented.
· Execute controls on the Payroll and Bonus process.
· Experience an inter-company reconciliation between related companies (working with a headquarter abroad)
· Preparing, Reviewing, Monitoring and Managing budgets.
· Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget and trend.
· Review daily, weekly, and monthly activities of the company transaction.
Others
· Develop and maintain systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash.
· Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
· Treasury management (prepare cash forecasts, loan and management) in accordance with Group Controllers Requirement.
· Protects company interests in any circumstances;
· Supports all other managers in understanding financial transactions
· Timely preparation of Cash Request and collection from Customer.
· Leading the Finance Department
· Transfer price knowledge and experience
Qualifications (Know How)
A) Education/Training: BA/MBA degree in Accounting
