Job Summary
Under the general supervision and guidance of the Plant manager- Marketing and sales Department Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling the marketing, sales, promotion and branding activities of the company; designing new business and marketing strategies; searching and finding new business opportunities and alternatives and providing the overall strategic and operational direction and leadership for the department staffs. He/ She also responsible for promoting vision, mission, core values, products, services and ideas of the company; finding and searching for potential customers and maintaining existing one. In course of these, he/she ensures and approves all marketing, branding, promotion and selling activities and documentations are adheres to country and company policies, rules and regulations.
