Under the direction of HR Manager, the incumbent keeps custody of office files confidentially; ensures the accessibility of the archives is strictly limited to authorised persons only; updates personnel files as the HR Department finds it necessary; keeps computerized roster of files.

Education
Diploma in Management, Secretarial Science and Office Management or Diploma in Library Science.
