The purpose of the Technical Manager is to provide technical expertise and oversight in the maintenance of the site, manufacturing equipment, spare parts and the troubleshooting of existing production equipment.
Technical expertise is required in the following areas;

WORK PLACE HEALTH, SAFETY, HYGIENE AND ENVIRONMENT.
Follow defined WHS policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure own safety and that of others in the workplace and minimize or eliminate environmental impacts of the task(s).
Lead the team in driving a safety culture and ensure staff or contractors under your supervision are following defined WHS policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken
Perform risk assessments and safe work method statements for works on site as required.
Stop any dangerous situation on site and act in case of any incident which has or could have an impact
on hygiene, safety, health and environment.
