Develop strategies in administrative manager functions to effectively run a Company
Supervise and manage administrative operations of a each divisions in the company
Develop and implement administrative functions to monitor business operations
Manage and direct the activities of company’s staff in an administrative set-up
Interact with department heads in managing the entire administrative operations
Facilitate the outside office duties such as bankers, Municipality, suppliers and customers.
Monitoring and handling the company assets and plants.
Control the timely insurance coverage of the company asset .
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to subordinates to ensure performance
Assisting the Human Resource Department with personnel issues and administration of personnel matters and recruitment process such as Conduct new employee orientation, and exit interviews, forwarding employee credentials
Job Requirement
Qualification, Experience and Skills
BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, with other related fields Five (5) and above years of experience in Administration fields preferably in investment and business development related sectors
Experience in manufacturing factories especially Textile and Garment
Good report writing, planning, and problem-solving, English communication skills
Good working knowledge of computer office applications such as Microsoft office, excel
Ability to manage large group of teams and promote good work environment
