Tinaw Business Share Company, engaged in rose flowers growing and export, wants to recruit and hire experienced and competent professionals for the vacant positions available at its Rose Farm, located in Gurage Zone, Ezsha Woreda, Zigaba-botto Kebele, 180 Km. South West of Addis Ababa, closer to Wolkite University.
Job purpose: TheQuality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the Farm grows and exports best quality products, which meet or exceed the industry quality standards, by introducing and adopting best practices and standards in the whole gamut of the production process ranging from pre-harvest to export.
Quality assurance manager will play a big and crucial role in post-harvest of cut roses business by ensuring that the export roses meet certain thresholds of acceptability.
Job Requirement
Qualification and Experience: Minimum B.Sc degree in Plant Protection, Horticulture, agronomist or any other related field of study from a recognized higher learning institution, with a minimum of 5 years hands –on experience in quality management/ control in a flower farm.
