· Develops and proposes pricing system and review its effectiveness continually;
· Leads the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure and technology that will support and improve the operations of the Branding function;
· Designs various tools to communicate the brand promise and stories to the public and relevant stakeholders;
· Develops the branding procedures and strategy of the products offered by the company;
· Analyses and designs branding plans, product positioning, and campaign strategies for brand and communication insights;
· Develops an integrated brand and pricing programs and track their effectiveness;
· Maintains all price guides in the company;
· Collects, analyses and disseminates competitor pricing data perform SWOTS analysis and maintain updated database;
· Develops tools, analysis methodology, policies, guidelines and the model to define pricing;
· Analyses the competition and market forces affecting pricing decisions to determine the acceptable margin to win in the market.
· Monitors the unit price execution by analyzing the price offers in bid, purchase and quotation process and identifying margin difference from the proposed market price.
· Builds pricing models, proposals, and other relevant financial justification for senior leadership review.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields with 6 years of demonstrated experience of which three (3) years in a senior position in FMCG manufacturing industries.
