Position Summary:
The USAID funded Service Delivery and Support for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) program being implemented by ANPPCAN-Ethiopia aims to strengthen and sustain a family-centered approach to improving the health, nutritional status and well-being of OVC. To help the Ethiopian Government control the drivers and mitigate the effects of HIV/AIDS, in alignment with PEPFAR’s priorities of testing, treatment and adherence, the OVC program will increase access to high-quality comprehensive, compassionate services, and strengthen the capacity of families and communities living in target districts to care for and protect the children in their care.
The OVC Program Manager will have overall responsibility for the management of all project activities and staff and for reporting to the donor. The OVC Program Manager will serve as representative of the project and will be responsible for the activities and all personnel under this grant. The OVC Program Manager should embrace the shared vision for the project and effectively manage available financial and human resources to make that vision a reality.
