We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will be in charge of managing all marketing activities of our company. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating promotions with our advertising team. You will also be tasked with developing budgets and expenditures. To be a successful hire, you will need prior experience with creating marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as online marketing and social media strategy.· Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
· Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
· Designing and implementing a strategic marketing plan.
· Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
· Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
· Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
· Collaborate with sales manager, research department and advertising companies to ensure they have a successful strategy to implement.
· Must be goal oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure.
· Must have strong communication, marketing, and presentation skills.
· Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
· Working closely with sales and executive leadership, determining and executing upon the most effective marketing strategies for generating sales opportunities.
· Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including database marketing, email and social media
· Implement a marketing automation tool and manage ongoing automation efforts
· Create a system for measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
· Collaborate regularly with sales leadership to meet sales targets via lead generation.
· Oversee and implement the strategies to optimize the digital footprint of our website and social media presence.
· Collaborate with other team members in defining and executing social media strategy as appropriate.
· Supervise and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
· Collaborate with offline marketing activities and personnel (e.g. events, PR, thought leadership)
· Brainstorm and test new and creative growth strategies to fuel sales pipeline growth
· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
· Excellent spoken and written communication skills are a must.
