Participates in planning, organizing , coordinating and sales activities of the Marketing Department ;
Participates in developing sales strategy and sales targets and implements the same upon approval to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues;
Participates in developing business growth strategies , plans and performance management system;
Supports Commercial Department Manager by providing information on sales data, market trends, demands for current and new products;
Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping the current market with supply and demand of goods or materials ;
Proposes the establishment and adjustment of selling prices of goods by monitoring competition and supply& demand
Prepare individual sales targets, working schedule/action plan and monitoring the same through conducting meetings every day with sales team;
Follows-up the performance of the sales team and provides support ;
Achieves growth and meets sales targets by managing the sales team;
Presents realistic forecast of annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue through analysing past sales records and projecting expected future demands;
Monitors availability of stocks on a daily basis and communicates to the Commercial Department Manager to manage excess or out of stocks;
Job Requirement
Qualification:
MA/BA degree in Marketing Management/ business
Administration or other related fields
Experience:
2 Years for MA/5 Years for BA preferably in metal industry
