We are looking for an Evidence and Learning Director that will work under the direction of the Country Representative and will be responsible for managing the knowledge base strengthening activities to increase the platforms’ knowledge of how-to bring innovations to scale.
To ensure system digitization, ensure timely availability and promote use of quality data for decision making in line with the national information revolution agenda by (i) leading the USAID MULU Key Populations Activity’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (ii) leading the development and implementation of the organization’s Business Analytics (BA) strategy and roadmap; and (ii) building strong business analytics (BA) capabilities and culture in the organization.
