Ø Supervise effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies.
Ø Manage and prioritize all production processes and implement all production plans.
Ø Prepare & Maintain records of production data, log book and various production reports and all related documents.
Ø Ensure that periodically maintenance of all production lines and utilities done as per recommended maintenance schedule and aligned with other departmental and shift supervisers.
Ø Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis.
Ø Provide effective training to all staff members.
Ø Coordinate with equipment and process teams and ensure compliance to all protocols and maintain product quality.
Ø Prepare vacation schedule for production team and ensure no effect to production.
Ø Ensure compliance to all local policies to achieve all production objectives and provide appropriate feedback to production team.
Ø Develop and maintain effective relations with all company employees at various levels of organization.
Ø Ensure compliance to workplace policies according to safety objectives.
Ø Maintain and keep ready all the devices required for checking of all production lines, equipment’s etc. and make sure that all are operational.
Ø Ensures that nominated individuals for the company are provided with appropriate direction, leadership, guidance, support, and training to operate all production lines in proper manner.
Ø Responsible to participate in the new and existing production line installation and maintenance.
Ø Inspect and oversee all production lines to resolve problems and perform a variety of maintenance activities on daily basis and as and when required.
Ø Coordinate with other shift supervisor, handover the working shift work, update the ending shift activities and share the issues and corrective action of ending shift.
Ø Attend & participate all periodically meetings with other departmental heads and Mangers as and when required.
Job Requirement
· Certification obtained from reputed University for B. Tech/ Mechanical Engineering or any similar and same level qualification.
· At least 2-year experience working in a supervisory role in any manufacturing industry.
