The objective of this position is to provide capacity building and technical guidance to EPSA finance staff for the development and improvement of EPSA’s financial and funding management systems including the implementation of the grants financial management system as per policy and procedure of the Ministry and donor requirements.

To Support EPSA’s Finance & Administration and Grant Management Directorates to implement finance and funding activities outlined in the Pharmaceutical Supply Transformation Plan (PSTP), including:
Provide technical guidance and capacity building to EPSA finance staff to enable them to undertake PSTP tasks including:
Capacity development and technical guidance supporting EPSA to undertake ongoing finance and funding activities, including but not limited to:
Provide technical guidance and capacity building to EPSA finance staff on the adoption and implementation of international financial reporting standards within EPSA .
Provide technical guidance and capacity building to EPSA finance staff on the selection, implementation, and use of financial management information systems.
