Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometres from Bole International Airport would like to announce the following open position.
The Radisson Blu hotel Addis Ababa is looking for an Executive Chef to lead and manage the kitchen and stewarding staff of the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Department’s budget and will be required to attend management meetings.
Job Requirement
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in food preparation or similar related area from a well-recognized university or college or significant experience in these areas
Minimum of four years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a five star hotel or branded hotel
Ability to give attention to detail and show a creative approach to their work
Good team player
Track record for developing others
Able to work under pressure
Excellent written and spoken English and another language would be an advantage
Experience of financial budgeting in relation to kitchen department
