Develop/review and implement HR strategies, company policies and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy and recommend new approaches.
Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process to source the best available talents. Allocate the required resources and working space.
Ensure legal (labor law) compliance throughout human resource management.
Handle employee attendance and leave management.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage an effective performance appraisal system linked to reward management that drives high performance.
Assess training & development needs with business managers and apply and monitor training programs.
Oversee all aspects of general office coordination, cleanliness, safety and proper utilization and functioning of resources and act accordingly.
Manage efficiently and effectively the transport functions (fleet management) and periodic maintenance of vehicles of the company.
Administer company insurance claims and policies.
Plan and procure resources and supplies required by the company.
Perform other HR & Admin related activities
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Degree in HRM, Management or related field of study from a recognized college or university. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience on supervisory or managerial level.
Language & Skills
Computer literacy, Fluency in English (both spoken & written), Fluency in Amharic (both spoken & written), Ability to work flexible hours, Excellent communication skills.
