Agri Service Ethiopia (ASE) is a non-governmental, non-religious and non-profit making Ethiopian Resident Charity organization established in 1969 and is dedicated to poverty reduction and sustainable community development particularly in rural areas of the country. ASE has secured financial support from CARE Ethiopia for the project entitled Livelihoods for Resilience Activity project for the communities in Hadiya Zone, SNNPRS. It now seeks to employ qualified persons for the following posts
Accountant
Prepare records and complies primary documents of financial transactions of the project office, Verify primary financial documents. Checks and ascertains the accuracy and validity of primary financial documents, such as invoices (documents) submitted to payment; records invoices and arranges payments. Ensures that all payments, which are due to the government (such as personal income tax), are submitted within the time limit.
Education: BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management and related fields.
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience
Personal Competency:
·Strong computer skills; word processing, spreadsheet and accounting software (Quick books, Sun System, Peach tree),
. Good oral and written communication skills and willing to work under pressure.
