Meets/exceeds the annual sales volumes and growth plans set for the Active Distributor (AD).
· Manages a team of retail sales representative (RSR)/whole sales representative (WSR) to optimize the performance in their assigned territory.
· Works closely with the Active Distributor in key areas of operation: stock & order management, demand forecasting, credit management, operational ROI, sales team KPIs.
· Develops productive relationships with key retailers and wholesalers in the area to support the AD’s business.
· Develop the capability of each RSR/WSR through regular on-the-job coaching and minimize regrettable attrition.
· Monitors competitor activity in the territory and report back any key findings to the Regional Account Manager as soon as possible.
