Job Summary
Responsible for handling the day to day planned activities of the office management; prioritizing the issues and forward to the Chief Executive Officer respectively and arranging any documents in accessible manner; link customers to the concerned body; documenting the incoming and outgoing letters, serving guests in respected manner and arranging an appointment; Create a conducive working environment to the Chief Executive Officer.
