The Human Resources (HR) Manager will lead the HR Team in providing the full range of HR Services for its operations. The HR Manager will manage the end to end employee life cycle activities, ensuring operational excellence across functional areas like employment compliance and controls to include: industrial relations deployment, employee life cycle activities ranging from talent attraction, talent retention, compensation and benefit and performance management The position will play an active role in initiating continuous improvements to HR Operational workflow to improve efficiency and productivity. The position will be accountable in leading the HR Operations strategy and coordinating the deployment of its operations with the organization. This position will report to the Chief Business Development Officer.
Job Requirement
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or related;
Experience of successfully developing, leading and implementing strategy, policy or operational plans across a medium or large organization;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
5 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in employee relations and delivering on a wide range of HR initiatives across a large organization.
