Production managers ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
Responsibilities of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree or above required in operations management, Food Engineering, Food Technology or a related field
Knowledge of meat processing operations is preferred
Minimum 3 years of operational/manufacturing experience. Food industry in experience is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of legislative requirements – food safety, health and safety and employment legislation
