Job Purpose:
Responsible to manage and coordinate the technical and maintenance of our company and activities for the company’s machineries, equipment and facilities. Work closely with the concerned internal and external stakeholders to design and put in place timely, cost-effective and smooth preventive and corrective maintenance programs and processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Design new and implement existing policies and procedures in compliance with company and FMHACA legal requirements, best practices and the company’s overall objectives.
Formulate, manage and report maintenance budget of the company.
Design, implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities/programs/systems (including risk assessment)
Prepare and analyse periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) reports on major maintenance KPIs
Participate in staff management and development at all levels through talent acquisition, coaching, training, performance management, and motivating team for high-performance.
Handle the training and development needs whenever new equipment/facilities are purchased/updated and received at the company’s sites
Delegate tasks to Maintenance Technicians and coach them to take decisions
Investigate for all new/existing equipment to improve efficiency, effectiveness and safety of company operations
Prepare technical specifications, TOR’s and documents for new investment decisions in equipment and facilities
Follow-up implementation quality and timeline for acceptance of outsourced works and/or purchase of equipment (including preparation of professional acceptance reports with required acceptance test results)
Ensure full compliance with the Government Environment, Occupational Health & Safety requirements (including regular updates on any new law/regulation)
Arrange and participate in cross-functional meetings with Supply Chain colleagues and other functions to review, discuss and plan operational issues
Report and manage any incidents timely and effectively
Job Requirement
BSc in Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering
8 + years prior experience in food manufacturing industry.
Good oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Fluent in Local Language & English (speaking and writing)
