Responsible for the maintenance of the company Canteen system
Responsible to the Management for proper conduct of the canteen.
Shall constantly monitor the items of the canteen. Any Discrepancies further shall report to the administration Manger and mark-ups.
Responsible for decisions in purchasing of canteen stock.
Supervisor shall avoid malfunctions of the canteen equipment or safety issues relating to the structure of the building inside and outside.
Liaison with all canteen workers and monitor day-to-day activates.
Canteen Supervisor shall be responsible for planning and display of Menu for the week.
Responsible for up keep& hygiene/ House keeping/ Maintenance of kitchen / canteen.
Ensure the proper count of no. of meals being supplied.
Any suggestion given by the employees or any visitors will be informed to the canteen supervisor. If required suggestion given will be incorporated during preparation.
Ensure that all the canteen staff should be in neat & complete uniform (fingernails, caps, uniform, gloves, I D cards, etc…)
Ensure that the canteen staffs are undergone for physical and health examination every six months and the same report will be submitted to admin dept.
Ensure that canteen facility complies with all statutory requirements.
Ensure that the canteen meals supplied on time and check for quantity & quality supplied as per the agreement.
Cross check number of coupons disbursed with the amount of money received and received every day.
Job Requirement
BA Degree in Hotel & tourism management
5+ year experience in hotel management, food & beverage Management
