SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Checks and controls documents related to administrative functions.
· Manages and facilitates offices and project environments/components.
· Handles labor cases and manages project human resources.
· Plans and supervises administrative works.
· Requests and follows up the necessary office materials after the approval of the HQ.
· Manages over all actives of the employees of project.
· Supervises and takes action to ensure the availability of utilities: water supply, electricity, telephone, cafeteria, toilet, rooms and others.
· Periodically prepares and forwards reports to the HR and Admin Department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
· Qualification: BA/Diploma in Management, Human Resource Management or related business fields
· Work Experience: 4/5 Years , Age: 40-50
