Prepares guidelines for the proper storage and safekeeping of appropriate products and records, and monitors the implementation of the department's procurement, assistance or inventory.

Ensure that facilities are registered and discarded for those goods and property that have expired and are not serviced in accordance with Property Use Guidelines.
Ensure that conditions for purchasing permanent and consumable goods and properties are optimized.
