The Documents and Archives Manager is responsible for the Records Management of 54 capital group of companies. He/she oversees all records from their creation and preservation through to disposal.
He/she systematic controls all business-related documents (invoices, deeds, licenses, etc) throughout their life cycle. He/she organizes, maintains and protects company's information database, in both paper and electronic forms.
