Basically handling and following up all governmental (ERCA) issues process.
Processing bank related issues including check payments & wire transfers.
Prepare regular VAT reports and declaring monthly all TAX payments (WHT, E.I.Tax, Pension…etc)
Handling all regular accounting tasks vouchering sales receipts, WHT, Payment voucher, Petty cash settlement and disbursement of expenses on a daily bases.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices, account payables and perform reconciliations.
Perform administrative tasks such as letter correspondence management, delivery and collections of company documents and other materials, managing appointments and meeting schedules.
Any other tasks within the scope of admin and finance assigned by Finance Officer or CEO
Job Requirement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, business, finance, math, or a related field.
Familiarity with accounting software and tax preparation software such as Intuit QuickBooks, PeachTree, or Sage 50 Accounting
Familiar with Office applications like MS word, Microsoft Excel and other important application.
Perform accurate work to the highest standards of accountancy
Able to complete work to deadlines with little direct supervision
Strong critical thinking and mathematical reasoning skills
