1. Position : Store keeper /Associate
Duty Station: Addis Ababa Head Office
Availability: As Soon As Possible
Job Purpose: The purpose of the job is to take part in the work flow and documentations of tasks of the property administration, to handle the property administration issues in central store in accordance with the provisions of the Property Administration Manual, to produce and submit store’s periodic report.
SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ü Checks and receives goods against purchase orders, suppliers invoices and or packing
ü lists, and ensure that the goods are in good condition before receiving them;
ü Issues materials, fixed assets and consumables to requesting departments upon
ü receipt of duly signed Store Requisitions ,
ü Keeps and handles all materials, supplies, spare parts, commodities, fixed assets, etc.
ü under my custody found at the central store of the exchange;
ü Ensures the security of materials in the store against damage, theft, deterioration,
ü pilferage, hazards, such as dirt, fire, rain water, etc. and makes sure that the store is
ü kept neat and clean;
ü Prepares all necessary accounting documents such as GRN, FARN, RMRN, SIV,
ü FAIV,RMTN and dispatches them to responsible bodies in a timely manner for
ü financial recording;
ü Regularly updates stock bin cards in line with the movement of stock items;
ü Properly files all documents such as store receiving and issue voucher, suppliers packing lists or delivery order
ü Labels materials/items to shelves or racks and sorts out all goods received by types according to their classifications and assist the setting of maximum and minimum level.
ü Periodically checks records against stocks held and submits report to prepare and assist report year end Stock Inventory Summary and Fixed Asset Annual Inventory Summary;
ü Performs other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Required Qualification and Experience
ü BA\BSc in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing or any other related fields.
