Directs, coordinates, and conducts market research and investigation on demand, supply, prices, distribution, product quality and competitive situation in the market for the company's products to enhance competiveness of the products and performance in sales volume and market share.
Conduct market research studies and analyze the existing market conditions, competitive situation.
Prepares marketing strategies ensures the collection, compilation and analysis of market data and information on a regular basis.
Formulates short and long term sales strategies and plans of the company.
Proposes selling prices for the factory's products based on market investigation and production costs.
Ensure the optimum channel strategy to increase customer value and company's gross contribution.
Designs and implement promotional programs and evaluate the impact of the program in marketing effectiveness.
Executes sales of the factory's products as per approves sales policies and procedures of the factory.
Provides customers services pertinent to products offered by the factory for sale.
Ensures that Customers get improved services of the Company fairly, efficiently and transparently.
Ensure proper receiving of finished products from production; distribution and sales of it.
Receives, investigates and handles customers' complaints and ensures that such complaints are properly addressed by the Company.
Monitors continuously the market position of the Company's products; assesses the performance of competing products in the market with respect to price, products quality.
Undertakes product development and promotional activities to enhance sales of products.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or related field/MBA
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the FMCG with 2 years as sales and marketing manager position
