Educational Qualification and Experience
BSc in Hydraulic or water resource engineering or other related fields;
Good experience on design software like Autocad, water cad & related
Good experience on study, design and implementation of water supply schemes
Good experience on producing construction specifications, Drawings, bill of quantities & construction schedule of the works to be carried out.
Experience in CLTS approach
experience of working with international NGO, UN or donor agencies
The highest level of expertise in representation and negotiation with governments and donors
Strong understanding of the humanitarian emergency operating context, including SPHERE, the humanitarian system, donors, security, civil military liaison and program management
