·Maintains compensation databases and ensures employment records are properly maintained in the system
·Provides advice and guidance to HR Officers on the application of benefits and interpretation of applicable policies and procedures
·Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
·Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records
·Administer/manage performance evaluation system
·Facilitate fair and reasonable performance evaluation criteria
·Coding monthly performance on the performance summery sheet.
·Participates in payroll and benefits processing, ensuring that transactions are delivered to deadline and in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures
·Preparing pay slips for employees and delivered for all employees.
·Reviews payroll reports for accuracy and makes adjustments as necessary
·Serves as a point of contact for employees with payroll or benefits questions
·Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
Education፡ BA degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
·An excellent skill in English and Amharic (both oral and written) is mandatory.
·Attention to detail and accuracy regarding time and organizational management. Requires multi-tasking and extensive customer service skills, and the ability to handle stress in a fast paced working environment.
·Very good communication skill
·Ability to work on team basis
·Ability to cope and work in stressful environments
