Job Requirement

Qualification:

• Degree in Accounting.

Work experience:

• 5 Years relevant work experience, out of which 3 years at a department head Level. (Private company experience preferable)

Skills

• knowledge of Ethiopian accounting, taxation and labor rules/regulation;
• Relevant experience in Accounting, project budget management;
• Experience using accounting software; (such as Peachtree, IFRS…etc.)
• Experience Farm budget and costing
• Experience in procurement procedures;
• Highly motivated and able to work independently;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill;
• Planning and prioritizing skills;
• Willing to travel to farm site as per need and plan of the organization.
• Ability to work in stress, and fast paced collaborative environment
