Job Description
Deliver Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment results
Drive safety and environment risk assessment and develop/implement appropriate controls
Reduce the site’s environmental impact in the areas of COD, hazardous & non-hazardous waste, CO2 emissions, and water & energy consumption
Support Deployment of the Unilever Behavior Based Safety (BBS) Program
Support the application of Unilever guidelines and procedures for Process Safety assessment
Monitor site legal compliance and ensure the site meets all local/national regulatory requirements and Unilever standards, support national SHE legislation requirements & implement relevant procedures and policies
Support Line Managers in Incident Investigation and Analysis
Conduct trend analysis from incidents, near misses, safe behavior observations, and deep compliance audits
Support Site Central Safety Sub Committees Delivery of Training Needs onsite
Assist Site SHE Lead in the deployment of the SHE auditing/inspection system
Job Requirement
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
2 Years of Manufacturing Experience
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the field of Safety, Health and Environmental
Good knowledge of Manufacturing and Process Safety
