Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property, including guest vehicles, taxi cabs, limousines, and buses, to ensure vehicles are legally parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels, and report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager/supervisor. Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.

Drive vehicles to and from cleaning area and garage. Park vehicle in designated location when not in use. Inspect parts, equipment, and vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations. Select appropriate cleaning chemicals and necessary personal protective equipment for various surfaces and cleaning jobs, following OSHA regulations and corporate standards. Clean and detail property owned or operated vehicles. Clean and polish vehicle windows. Scrub, scrape, or spray parts, equipment, or vehicles, using scrapers, brushes, clothes, cleaners, disinfectants, vacuums, hoses, etc. Rinse objects and place them on drying racks; or use cloth, squeegees, or air compressors to dry surfaces. Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment. Respond promptly to requests for cleaning and detailing services. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
- Completion of High School /Diploma/
- At least four years of Driving License experience
- Having 3rd grade valid driving license
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of other international language is advantageous
