1. Introduction
International Medical Corps (IMC) is a global humanitarian, non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering worldwide through healthcare training, relief and development programs. International Medical Corps (IMC) is pleased to invite reputable firms to participate on the below detailed proposals.
ARC-Hope project is promoting and providing access to finance through grant (material and finance) start-up for small business, savings and loans (formal and informal) for organized SHGs. This aiming to improve economic and social benefit of youth at risk of migration. Thus, in order to achieve the project objectives, the organization seeks to hire a consultants/firms/institutions/ to conduct training for 10/ten/ ARC program staffs as Training of Trainer (ToT) on advanced business skill, SHG and CLA approaches.
2. Specific Objectives
ü To provide intensive theoretical and practical training for 10 ARC program staffs on Advanced Business Skills (Time management skills, Team-building skills, Analytical skills, Negotiation skills, Problem-solving skills, Sales and marketing skills, Financial management skills, Leadership Skills, Effective Communication…)
ü To equip ARC staffs staff on basic and practical concept of Entrepreneurship and its importance in Market driven economic opportunities
ü To deliver training for ARC staffs on SHGs and CLA approaches to strengthen organized institutions as a means livelihood improvement for youth at risk of migrants.
ü To aware ARC Program staff on basic monitoring tools to strengthen organized SHGs and CLAs in collaboration with stakeholders
